Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies across all marketing channels, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative.Set, monitor, and report on departmental goals to ensure alignment with company objectives.Design and execute branding and growth strategies.Ensure a consistent and strong brand message across all channels and marketing efforts (e.g., events, email campaigns, web pages, promotional material).Analyze consumer behavior and develop customer personas.Identify and seize opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.Monitor competitors, including acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products/features.Coordinate marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness.Contribute to company objectives through strategic planning.Perform other tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:Solid knowledge of web analytics and experience in running successful marketing campaigns.Extensive expertise in SEO, Facebook, and Google Ads.Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.A self-starter with strong organizational and follow-up skills.Ability to work under deadlines with excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and confidentiality.An analytical mindset with the ability to assess and interpret data.Willingness and ability to travel as needed.Bachelor’s Degree required; MA preferred.
