We are looking for a Content Architect for a our client in the financial services industry in Irvine, California.

The Knowledge and Development team maintain a tool (SONI) that serves as the companies internal knowledge base. The team is comprised of writers and editors who all work to ensure content is updated and accurate. To keep up with business needs and technology transformation, we must evaluate our content architecture and gain an understanding of our strengths, opportunities, and risks in relation to the implementation of Generative AI within the Knowledge Base.
Responsibilities:
Analysis of existing content architecture in Knowledge Base, including the structure, categorization, and flow of content on our platforms.Researching and evaluating how enterprise technology may impact content architecture.Identifying risks and impacts of current and future technology systems and tools such as AI, contextual help, Adobe, Acrolinx and Coveo.Providing a comprehensive recommendation/roadmapEnhance user experience: Analysis will serve to identify content structure opportunities that will make it easier for users to navigate and find the information they need.Alignment with business priorities: Identify content framework that best aligns with business goals, ensuring content remains consistent, relevant, and tailored to meet the needs of users.Technology Optimization: Research ways to optimize content architecture to align with evolving technology, learn how the platforms used to support the current Knowledge Base platform work together and where there are risks across the different platforms.
Qualifications:Strong understanding of content management systems, user experience design, search engine best practices, and Generative AI is a mustStrong analysis skills and experience.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Skilled with Adobe & publishing toolsAble to build a report addressing: Current state, Risks, Recommendations and Research the implementation of Generative AI.
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from
$77.00-$82.06
per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
