Overview:We are seeking talented Architects and Interior Designers with a minimum of 5 years of experience, proficient in Revit, to join a dynamic team in Manhattan. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in retail and/or hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage design projects from concept through completion.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop innovative and functional design solutions.Produce detailed Revit drawings and specifications.Ensure designs meet all regulatory standards and client requirements.
Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.Extensive experience in retail and/or hospitality design; other experience will not be considered.Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Excellent communication and project management skills.Must have the right to work in the U.S.
Location:This position is based in our Manhattan office. Candidates must be local and have good understanding of building codes and local law.
