Who are we looking for?The
Associate Creative Director
leads the development of creative strategies across various projects and media. This role involves guiding teams, overseeing creative processes, and turning client objectives into effective solutions. You'll play a key part in our creative output, ensuring our work is both creative and strategically aligned with client goals across different platforms.
This is a
*HYBRID*
position, with a 50% in office commitment in Columbia, South Carolina. By applying, you are agreeing that you can relocate/manage a commute to Columbia, South Carolina to be in-office 2.5 days per week.
We're looking for someone who:Has experience in developing creative strategies that contribute to business goalsIs skilled in managing creative processes from concept to completionCan effectively lead and guide creative teamsCommunicates clearly and effectively, both in writing and verballyUnderstands brand storytelling and integrated campaign developmentHas 5+ years of experience in creative roles within advertising, marketing, or related fieldsHolds a Bachelor's degree in a creative field (e.g., Creative Writing, Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts)Can show examples of their creative work, such as writing samples, campaign concepts, or brand strategiesKeeps up with industry trends and applies relevant insights to their work
What will you do?As an Associate Creative Director, you will:Develop creative strategies that align with client objectives and brand valuesManage and refine creative processes to improve efficiency and qualityLead a team of creatives from various disciplines (e.g., writers, designers, content creators)Generate ideas for integrated marketing campaignsPresent creative concepts to clients, stakeholders, and team membersWork with account management and strategy teamsHandle multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines while maintaining creative standardsEncourage innovation within your team, supporting new ideas and approachesAssist with new business pitches to help expand the agency's client baseFind creative solutions that meet both client needs and creative goalsOversee quality control for creative output
