Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and develop interior spacesDevelop designs
through finish and material research, selection and specification from high end US companiesPrepare presentation materials, moodboards and FF&E schedulesCreate and coordinate construction documentation (furniture plans and elevations as needed)Create 3D interior models and renderings.Coordinate and collaborate with project manager
Education, Experience, Skill Sets:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Interior Design program or related degree including Interior Architecture.5+ years experience in interior design/interior architecture for high end residential homes.Proficiency in Sketchup / 3Ds Max or modeling software, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office products required.Flexibility to meet tight deadlinesAbility to communicate effectively both in written format and oral presentationExhibits critical thinking skills, initiative, responsibility, flexibility.The ability to work independently.Possesses a positive, can-do disposition with an entrepreneurial spiritExcellent organization and attention to detail
