Job Description:
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Interior Design Drafter to join our team.
As an integral part of our design team, you'll translate conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings for various Hospitality and Residential projects.
Applicants must have a minimum of
5 years of experience with both Hospitality scale projects
and extensive knowledge in
Millwork drawing details.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to develop comprehensive interior design plans and Millwork elevations and details.Produce detailed drawings, including floor plans, sections, and details, ensuring accuracy and precision.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate technical requirements into design documentation.Review and revise drawings based on feedback and design revisions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Interior Architectural Drafter, with a proven track record in Hospitality projects.Extensive knowledge of Millwork drawings and details.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics and technical accuracy.Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
