Job Description
The Associate Creative Director will be an integral part of our Creative & Content team, guiding members with varying creative skills (design, video, copy, print, digital collateral, and animation), towards successful execution of the scope of work. This role is hands-on, and we are looking for an Associate Creative Director to, not only assist the Creative Director in managing the team and its deliverables, but to be a contributor to deliverables within the scope of work on an in-person, virtual, or hybrid event. Inspiring the team on a day-to-day basis is a must. If you consider yourself equal parts ideator, maker, collaborator, and problem-solver, and have experience leading all phases of a creative project - from concept, development, to execution - we're interested in talking to you! Successful candidates will have experience managing a team against timelines and within budget parameters. Successful candidates will have the following:Experience: 3 - 5 years functioning as an Associate Creative Director Showrunner, Executive Producer, Director, Director of Development, Art Director, or another senior creative leadership roleExceptional communication and presentation skills; preparing presentations and pitching work, both to internal project team and to clients, is a must.Customer service focused. Can command face-to-face client interactions; keen ability to read your audience; professional demeanor and appearance.Extensive experience with corporate and product brand strategy and brand identity systems, including all aspects of visual and verbal development of themes.Ability to brainstorm and conceptualize large-scale creative projects that include abroad range of deliverables (motion, video, writing, signage, presentation, fabrication, graphic design)Extensive experience with corporate and product brand strategy and brand identity systems, including all aspects of visual and verbal developmentYou're an educator. You have patience and compassion for helping people to understand and distill complex ideas; you can lead through feedback/rounds of revision to meet client expectations and deadlines.Must embody the Unbridled brand and culture: Character, Change, Credibility, and CommunityAbility to travel 2-5 days per month, upwards of 15 days a quarter. Actual travel varies based on client requirementsPreferred Qualifications:
