is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Activation.

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing experiential marketing strategies and campaigns that elevate our brand and create lasting impressions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of events and experiences that align with our brand values and business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead development of overarching plans, including experiential strategy, KPIs, budget development, assets, and logistical needs.

Develop and implement comprehensive experiential marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of experiential marketing events, including brand led initiatives, tours, large scale production and experientials.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events and campaigns.

Oversee budget planning, allocation, and management for experiential marketing initiatives.

Measure and analyze the effectiveness of experiential marketing campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our experiential marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and key stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

6 years of experience in experiential marketing, event planning, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year managing people.

Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events and experiential marketing campaigns.

Proficiency in budget management, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Creative thinker with a passion for delivering unique and memorable brand experiences.

Travel required as needed 10%
