Our client, a Brooklyn based sports and entertainment company located in Industry City, is currently looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join their team, full time.

Take the next step in your career now, scroll down to read the full role description and make your application.This opportunity starts ASAP after interviews and will be primarily ONSITE in Industry City Brooklyn Monday - Thursday with Fridays remote (with some flexibility).Senior Motion Designer will design for a range of platforms (social, web, out-of-home, arena) and must have expert knowledge of After Effects and working knowledge of Cinema 4D. You must be able to utilize spreadsheet data in motion design projects to drive automation and must be able to design for unique LED signage, outside of typical 16:9 aspect ratio.Responsibilities:

Join the in-house creative team to lead the charge in conceptualizing and executing captivating motion design solutions that seamlessly align with the team's strategic goals.Conceptualize and generate innovative concepts that elevate the brand's visual storytelling through motion and animation tactics.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategies and ideas into visually stunning motion graphics, ensuring alignment with style guides and core graphic elements of each initiative.Develop and present motion design solutions that follow creative direction, brand strategy, and campaign objectives.Support Creative and Content teams on larger campaigns and franchises, serving as a subject area expert on how concepts can best manifest through motion design (especially for OOH/Arena Signage).Liaise with Arena Creative Production team to co-develop concepts and ensure creative elements are in sync across various marketing channel executions.Communicate design concepts with clear reasoning behind proposed solutions.Prepare creative ideas and pitch fresh approaches.Study design briefs and source requirements needed to execute each project (Must be able to design for unique LED signage, outside of typical 16:9 aspect ratio).Requirements:

5+ years of Motion Graphic Design experience, with experience from a branding or ad agency ideally within Sports and Entertainment and with experience designing motion for OOH and Arena Signage and LED screens.Expert knowledge of the key programs of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro), and how they integrate into the After Effects workflow.Must have working knowledge of Cinema 4D. Experience using Video Copilot Element 3D is a bonus.Ability to take projects from start to finish independently and be the in-house motion expert on the team.Strong conceptual thinker and designer, capable of producing out-of-the-box ideas.Roll-up-your-sleeves team approach with a willingness to support team and business as needed.Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet established deadlines.Experience designing campaigns formatted for social, web, and out-of-home.Strong understanding of web technologies as they relate to creative design.Collaborative, clear communicator, both verbally and visually.Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
