TS/SCI with Polygraph Required

This role will be pivotal in fostering academic and professional growth within the Intelligence Community across various government entities, particularly in bolstering Learning Centers and Language Testing centers. Responsibilities

(Level I, II, III, and IV)Provide learning facilitation support servicesPrint reports and other training documentsCompile and assemble routine correspondence and training recordsProvide assistance to instructors in the administration of coursesAssist the instructor with classroom equipment and training documentationAddress student issues pre-course, during, and post-courseSend student welcome letters, kick-off letters and post-course material for platform trainingProcess PEAK forms/evaluations. Enter student grades into the Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) system, and the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) as neededQualifications

(Level I)

Current TS/SCI clearance and Counter Intelligence polygraphHigh school diploma and 3 years of professional or academic experience2 years of demonstrated experience in a professional or academic environment2 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite products3 years of experience planning, scheduling, and briefing techniques2 years of experience with internal and external customer relations2 years of experience with classroom computers, internet/intranet connectivity and office equipmentQualifications

(Level II)

Current TS/SCI clearance and Counter Intelligence polygraphHigh school diploma and 5 years of professional or academic experience1 year of demonstrated experience participating in a synchronous learning environment4 years of demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g., EXCEL, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)Ability to adapt to changing environments and short deadlines5 years experience in planning and scheduling presentations and briefings4 years of experience with internal and external customer relations, issue/problem resolution4 years of experience with classroom use of computers and internet/intranet connectivity skills, and operating general office equipmentQualifications

(Level III)
