As the Marketing Associate, you would support marketing efforts across both B2B and B2C channels. In this role, you will collaborate with retailers, brokers, and internal teams to drive in-store brand presence, promotions, and online marketing initiatives. This position offers the chance to work closely with a small but dynamic marketing team and influence the company's retail strategies.
Key Responsibilities:Enhance Brand Presence:
Support in-store and digital marketing initiatives, including signage, marketing collateral, promotions, brochures, digital assets, and product displays, to increase brand visibility and boost sales.Collaborate with Retailers and Vendors:
Build relationships with retailers, brokers, and distributors, ensuring that marketing campaigns align with brand goals and retailer needs.Data-Driven Marketing:
Analyze sales data using IRI, SPINS, and other tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies.Project Management:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the timely execution of marketing materials and long-term promotion planning (often 4-5 months in advance).Trade Shows and Online Presence:
Attend trade shows to build relationships and assist with the online ad management for Walmart.com and Target.com.
Qualifications:Experience: A
few years of experience in sales, marketing, or retail relations within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry. Good understanding of email and content marketing.Skills:
Strong organizational and project management skills. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative, HubSpot, and other marketing tools is a plus.Collaboration:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across departments and engage with external partners.
