Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.As the Director of Digital Marketing and Technology, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of our digital marketing and marketing technology initiatives across both corporate and property levels. This role involves overseeing the digital transformation efforts for the FPI brand, including our corporate website, Google Analytics, FPI Intranet, and FPI Team Store. You will also oversee the digital presence and performance of our property-level platforms, encompassing CRM systems, website and SEO strategy, website monitoring, ILS syndication, social media and reputation management. If you are a strategic leader with a passion for digital innovation and a commitment to empowering teams, we invite you to join us in this pivotal role.Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the multifamily or real estate industry.Experience leading CRM, AI technology, Chatbot and other marketing and leasing technology platform rollouts and ongoing platform management.Proven experience in managing and transforming digital marketing roadmaps, with a strong track record of successful project execution.Expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, social media strategy, and reputation management.Strong analytical skills and experience with website monitoring tools such as Silktide.Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High School diploma or equivalency certificate; 4-year college degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in the field of property management.Valid driver’s license and insured operable vehicle.Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.Adherence to ethical and legal marketing practices.Duties and ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Oversight:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing and marketing technology roadmap for both corporate and property level platforms and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving growth.Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in digital marketing strategies and marketing technology platforms.Stay updated on digital marketing, technology, and industry trends and best practices to inform future strategies.Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, optimizing processes and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Oversee and manage the corporate digital platforms and property-level marketing platforms, ensuring optimal performance, user engagement, and alignment with best practices.Oversight of digital marketing and marketing technology vendor partnerships, in partnership with assigned marketing product owners.Analytics and Reporting:Establish and manage Google Analytics for all relevant platforms, build advanced data analysis tools like Looker Studio, and utilize insights to drive strategic decisions.Present findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.Process Improvement:In partnership with the Senior Director of Marketing and Performance, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), streamline processes, and build a robust framework for digital marketing and technology operations.Lead, coach, and mentor the digital marketing and technology team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.This role will manage a team of 5 digital and/or technology team members; with 4 direct reports.Cross Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure the functionality and security of digital platforms.Work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.Develop a strong partnership with the Innovation Committee regarding marketing technology vendor vetting, rollouts, communications, and product enhancements.Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for specialized marketing services.Training and Development:Collaborate with the Senior Director of Marketing and Performance to provide global training to empower teams across the company and to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.Essential AttributesEmbracing and exemplifying our
