You could be just the right applicant for this job Read all associated information and make sure to apply.Due to the continued growth of our Pharma business, we are expanding our global Operational Marketing team. This global role is responsible for the MarCom activities aimed at the promotion of our portfolio of RX drug delivery solutions that help improve and save lives for patients around the world. Assigned RX business categories could include Inhalation, Systemic Nasal Drug Delivery (SNDD) and/or Nasal Vaccines (VAI).THIS IS HOW YOUR JOURNEY BEGINSThe Global Marketing Manager RX advises and supports a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs), and also supports the global Innovation and R&D teams, plus interacts with the Regional Marketing functions around the world in the adaptation of the global RX MarCom strategy to meet their regional needs.Responsible for managing 1 direct report, this role is part of the Business Marketing pillar within the global Operational Marketing team at Aptar Pharma and reports to the Director of Operational Marketing.Responsibilities include:Developing a deep understanding of the Aptar Pharma business , including assigned RX Division business categories and markets.Close and ongoing collaboration with assigned Business Development Managers

to understand their strategies, objectives, drug delivery product portfolio and ongoing business challenges.Develop global Marketing & Communications (MarCom) strategies

for the RX Division assigned business categories to support the RX business strategy.Build, lead and ensure successful delivery of the annual global RX Marketing & Communications (MarCom) Plans

for assigned business categories to support the RX business strategy. This includes leading Operational Marketing projects that could cover the following areas:

Digital Marketing

– work with Digital Marketing team to lead development of SEO-optimized website content, digital marketing campaigns, and webinar events to drive lead generation for assigned RX business categories.External Communications

– work with the External Communications team to identify opportunities for PR and Social Media to support RX business and news.Thought Leadership

– identify opportunities for editorial articles and white papers to promote key RX division business and priorities. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and agencies to develop editorial articles and/or white papers.Advertising

– lead development and placement of advertising to support thought leadership and business priorities.Events

– work with Events team in the identification, planning and execution of global & regional RX events such as trade shows, conferences and speaking opportunities.Product Launches

– work with internal stakeholders on new product development and launches, including branding and trademarks, and lead development and execution of their MarCom plans.Marketing Tools Development

- Lead content creation and delivery of RX marketing tools to support MarCom plans.Competitive Monitoring

of Marcom activities happening within the RX business categories and adapting Marcom Plans as necessary.Sustainability

– identification of MarCom opportunities around sustainability within RX businesses to fuel global Pharma Sustainability MarCom plan.

Support key internal stakeholders

such as Global Marketing Development (GMD) (including Business Development Managers (BDMs), Innovation teams), Sales, Division President and other Management.Manage and develop 1 direct report

to support business needs and objectives and deliver the MarCom plans.Manage external suppliers and agencies.Develop, proactively manage & optimize RX budgets

for assigned Business Categories and projects.Education:Business degree or comparable education in Lifesciences and/or Marketing.PhD or advanced scientific degree a plus.Experience:10 years experience in marketing and communications in the pharma / medical device market or other B2B industry in scientific, project management, management, innovation, marketing and/or communications capacities.

Roles could include Strategic, Product or Brand Marketing, Research or Project management roles, Innovation, Digital Marketing, Communications, Promotions and Events.Scientific understanding of the Pharma business is key to role.

Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, marketing plans, campaigns, digital marketing projects.Experience working in a multicultural/multinational business unit environment.Strong project management, organizational and budget management skills.English fluency required, both oral and written.Strong communication skills (verbal and in writing) and strong analytical skills.Attention to detail / proactive problem solving.Ability to manage high-level partner relationships.IT skills (MS office), and experience using Generative AI for content creation.Photoshop and other marketing tools a plus.Travel:Regular travel required – primarily for Business Development Management meetings, to visit manufacturing sites and to attend key trade shows and conferences.Location:Position based out of Paris, France area or southern Germany (Radolfzell/ Eigeltingen) area.Possibility for remote working to be agreed-upon based on Aptar remote working policy.
