You’d be joining a small, but seasoned digital team at a dynamic agency with a strong focus on learning and development.Your Core Responsibilities:

Content:

Develop a wide variety of content from social media content to blog posts and website copyChannel management:

Manage many client channels, scheduling content, monitoring engagement and supporting strategyMeasurement:

Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with the rest of the team to develop metrics and reportingAccount management:

Serve as the backbone for your teams by scheduling meetings, managing client reviews, creating weekly reports, creating client call agendas and recaps, supporting monthly budgeting/invoicing needs and helping keep programs running smoothlyAdditional Responsibilities May Include:

Influencer engagement:

Identify and vet influencers, conduct outreach, and work with their teams to co-create and syndicate contentPaid promotion:

Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns for client teamsSocial listening : Employ a mix of manual and tool-supported listening across social channels to discern insights for our clientsCreative:

Assist our design team with ideating around social media visuals, making basic edits to visuals in Canva and PowerPointThought Leadership:

Partner with the digital team, and Green Room as a whole, to develop organizational thought leadership content on the latest trends across the digital landscapeDesired Experience:

3-5+ years of agency or in-house social media experience, with specific healthcare and pharma experienceUnderstanding of the rules and regulations that govern social media engagement in the biopharma industryExperience with Veeva and/or similar review and approval systemsDemonstrated experience in successfully managing digital projects and/or programsEssential Skills:
