The ideal candidate will be responsible for targeting clinics and hospital pharmacies to promote our pharmaceutical products.Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product positioning.Monitor industry developments and regulations to report on relevant news and updates.Support the creation of promotional content, including brochures, flyers, and sale sheets.Make high volumes of outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists.Introduce and promote our products/services, highlighting key benefits and features via phone or email.Educate clients with verified research on industry news, trends, and FDA regulations to help generate leads.Follow a structured script while maintaining the flexibility to adjust the conversation based on client needs and responses.Gather relevant information about potential clients to tailor the sales pitch effectively.Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and credibility.Address client questions, concerns, and objections confidently and effectively.Schedule follow-up calls or meetings for further discussions.Track and report on semaglutide sales team key performance metrics including conversion rates and sales achieved.Analyze call outcomes and feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with the sales team.Guide the sales team through the sales pipeline process and promptly address any questions that may come up.Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.Generate sales sheets, pricing lists, FAQs, scripts, and real-case examples to support the sales team in their calls.Regularly update senior management on sales performance, market conditions, and team meetings.Identify and implement improvements in the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.Build product sample boxes to send to potential clients.RequirementsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, specifically targeting clinics and hospital pharmacies- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Knowledge of FDA regulations and guidelines for pharmaceutical marketing
