As a Senior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our premium beverage brand in the North American market. This strategic role requires a blend of strong general management skills, analytical acumen, and creative thinking to develop and execute effective marketing programs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to ensure brand success.

Brand Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with overall business objectives and position our brands for long-term growth.Product Innovation : Lead and measure product innovation projects in collaboration with R&D, Packaging, Regulatory, and Supply Innovation teams.Sales Partnership : Work closely with Sales and Sales Strategy to deliver new products and marketing initiatives to customers effectively.Financial Management : Manage a multi-million-dollar brand marketing budget, ensuring accountability and forecast accuracy.Agency Management : Oversee agency relationships for media, PR, creative design, website, and other marketing functions.Shopper Insights : Translate shopper insights into channel strategies and actionable plans.Portfolio Management : Manage operational aspects of the brand portfolio, including artwork updates and promotional asset development.Competitive Analysis : Develop brand and portfolio plans that outwit the competition by leveraging consumer insights.Customer Marketing : Adapt marketing programs and develop shopper marketing initiatives for top customers.Qualifications

Minimum of 7+ years of brand management or general management experience with a focus on innovation and brand building.MUST have experience with Premium beverage brandsProven project management and leadership skills, particularly in working with diverse stakeholders.Deep understanding of media channels, activities, and planning best practices.Expertise in price, pack, and promo strategies aligned with growth objectives and portfolio strategy.Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate consumer and social insights into strategic thinking.Experience launching new, premium product formats.Proficiency in digital and e-commerce marketing.Strong business acumen, including budget management and a bias for action.Experience working in a test-learn-scale environment.
