Carnival Cruise Line SEO Manager Miami, Florida Apply Now The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager is responsible for improving Carnival's SEO rankings by identifying opportunities for traffic growth across core areas of carnival.com such as site infrastructure, keyword selection, on-page factors, and areas that allow for scalable content. The incumbent in this role evaluates and manages Carnival Cruise Line's in-house SEO strategy and analyzes data to develop strategic plans that align with business objectives. The SEO Manager leads the day-to-day project management of organic search engine campaigns including keyword research, researched content gap recommendations, strategic optimization of existing content, competitor analysis, site improvements and support for paid media campaigns.

Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.Job Functions:Identifies, develops, and implements short and long-term search strategies, best practices, and testing scenarios to improve SEO rankings and site traffic. Supporting actions may include, but are not limited to, pulling keyword research, researching content gap recommendations, recommending content optimizations, prioritizing site improvements and supporting paid media campaigns, and generating competitive analysis. Strategies must include defined KPIs for success and management of on-going optimizations.Partners with internal stakeholders and external agencies to lead the transition of Carnival’s blog into an SEO fueled tactic. Provides recommendations on new content mirroring marketplace and categorical trends, refreshes existing content to allow for SEO traffic and maximizes onsite and offsite SEO opportunities that ultimately drive conversions for Carnival.Creates, maintains, and presents SEO performance reports. Provides updates related to the state of the SEO industry that may impact Carnival’s efforts. Conducts in-depth analyses of search engine data from first-party and third-party data sources.Manages vendor relationships, SEO contracts, and stays apprised of new technology and developments in the SEO space.Manages SEO related budget to drive efficiencies and provide continuous improvement within the organization.Required for all Jobs:Performs other duties as assigned.Complies with all policies and standards.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Information Technology/Computer Science or a related field required.Work Experience: 7+ years of direct, progressive work experience driving SEO success within a large corporation required. Experience working with CRM and Social teams on blog distribution preferred. Travel and/or Hospitality industry experience preferred.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Advanced, in-depth knowledge and understanding of enterprise SEO platforms; extensive SEM knowledge.Advanced understanding of content and e-commerce SEO including in-depth knowledge of Google's web crawling processes.Understanding of the broader media/digital landscape and SEOs role in the mix.Advanced proficiency in Semrush, AHREFS, Conductor and Sitebulb; high proficiency in GA4 and the previous Universal Analytics.Excellent business acuity; exceptional project and time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to translate complex data into comprehensible information.Strong communication, interpersonal, influential, presentation and leadership skills.Proficient skill in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.Ability to identify and execute opportunities for enhancing site visibility in search engines.Ability and willingness to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.A demonstrated, successful track record in content, including blog, creation and recommendations.Physical Demands:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.Work Conditions:

Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. This position is classified as "in-office." As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida from Tuesday through Thursday. Employees may work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Some positions may require additional in-office time each week and final schedule is determined by your leader. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft.
