L&D & Communications Coordinator

Aequor, New York, New York, United States,

Title: L&D & Communications Coordinator, Supply Chain ProjectsLocation: Golden Valley, MNDuration: 6 Months

This role is a 6 month contract to support an international supply chain project with the development and publishing of training materials and documentation for an ongoing project, as well as tracking and managing training schedules and reporting on training targets. It also includes updating some broader communication materials and facilitation of meetings to align requirements and gather information from team members.

A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work confidently in MS Teams, MS Word and MS PowerPoint are essential to the role. As the content requires a lot of organization, a basic understanding of supply chain and/or manufacturing is also required. The right attitude and work ethic is very important as you will need to work well with the team, but also be trusted to work independently with a high level of flexibility afforded to you so long as you are delivering against requirements.

Although this is a short term role it will give great exposure to being part of an international project team across multiple countries and cultures. You will get to experience working with manufacturing, warehouse and market teams around the world.

As this international supply chain team is working across multiple locations simultaneously, at times you will need to be able to flex your working hours to adapt to the needs of the project and the specific workstreams you are supporting. Currently this includes UK, Spain, France, India and Brazil time zones. This will require meetings with many of these time zones, and also potentially some full day workshops attended virtually for their normal working hours. Travel may be a possibility, but this would be optional if offered.
