This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your marketing expertise with design skills to help shape the future of cannabis technology. The role is crucial in executing creative marketing strategies, overseeing design projects, enhancing brand visibility, planning and executing events, and managing multiple projects with precision. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to craft visually compelling campaigns, maintain a cohesive brand image, and drive marketing initiatives that bolster our sales efforts.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.Design and produce marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, social media graphics, product packaging, and digital content) that align with our brand's aesthetic and messaging.Create engaging content across various social media platforms and ensure consistent brand representation.Plan, organize, and assist with events from concept to execution, including trade shows, product launches, and industry meetups.Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials that resonate with target audiences and drive sales growth.Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for enhancing brand awareness and market penetration.Manage multiple design and marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Foster relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to enhance public relations efforts.
QualificationsProven experience in marketing, design, event planning, and project management within the cannabis industry or related fields.Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools.A portfolio showcasing strong design skills and the ability to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, social media management tools, and email marketing.Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Familiarity with the cannabis industry’s regulatory landscape and market trends is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.Enthusiasm for the cannabis industry and a commitment to driving innovation and quality in our products and services.
