About the role
Passionate about marketing? Your next role will support the implementation of our communications and events management plan. This is a critical role that is responsible for leading internal and external event management as well as supporting content development. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and personable Marketing Manager to support the Marketing team's needs. Based in our modern Irvine office you will be responsible for leading internal and external event management as well as supporting content development.
What you'll be doing
As part of the Marketing Organization, you'll help to ensure our events run smoothly. At all levels, colleagues will rely on your expertise to collaborate with other organizations to provide an exceptional employee experience. It's a role with a lot of variety, and day-to-day, you'll mainly be involved with:
Helping to identify key events to help drive the business plan.Working with key stakeholders for the successful delivery of events.Planning, organizing, executing, and managing events including tradeshows, customer and partner events, industry events, sales training sessions and other corporate events.Coordinating monthly All-Hands meetings and associated content.Driving the development and execution of the communications strategy by creating marketing content to be leveraged across all verticals and industries.Leading the development and production of customer facing and internal videos.Working alongside the employee experience team to develop and manage ongoing employee engagement activities.Measuring, tracking, and reporting on the marketing KPI's and effectiveness, and providing recommendations to optimize strategies based on objective data.What you'll bring

Bachelor's Degree required from accredited university, with a minimum of five (5) years' experience in leading various forms of communications and exceptional business writing skills.Must be a passionate communicator with experience effectively and efficiently juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and project management skills.Ability to effectively communicate with C-suite executives.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.About us
