Who We Are Looking For...

NuBlue is actively looking for a High-Level Marketing Manager to take charge and elevate our team to the next phase of our consistent growth. This rockstar will oversee the planning and execution of marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, enhance our brand awareness, and support the rapid growth of our business. This individual will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and the Owners of the business to present a new perspective on all things marketing, while proactively looking for ways to stay ahead of the game in this industry. The ideal candidate will be required to have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, and local market research. Requirements

What Will I Be Doing?

• Implement key comprehensive strategies in marketing to promote the NuBlue brand, products, and services.

• Coordinate with the team to plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, email campaigns, local market networking, social media, events) that drives brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

• Research marketing opportunities by analyzing trends in the market, networking with others in the industry, consumer behavior, and competitive activity in the world of home services.

• Manage the marketing budget to ensure all plans are being executed within budget.

• Analyze the ROI on all tested campaigns to determine if we should terminate or drive forward with specific approaches in marketing.

• Collaborate with other divisions in the business to align marketing strategies with company goals.

• Utilize data from various platforms to track metric of marketing team and adjust strategy in timely manner to capitalize on opportunities in the business.

• Manage, create and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns to promote lead generation and revenue goals.

• Work with and manage vendors/partners that assist externally in all marketing efforts.

• Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from data to team members, management, and owners.

Professional Experience

• 4+ years in marketing management or similar role.

• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across various platforms with a team.

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms - Google Platforms, Social Media, OTT, Content Marketing, etc.

• Preferred experience working the home service industry.

• Organized and excellent written verbal communication skills with Team Members and Vendors.

• Proficient ability to analyze data and generate action items and insights.
