Do not wait to apply after reading this description a high application volume is expected for this opportunity.The Paid Media Manager that supports our corporate business has responsibility for strategizing, creating, deploying, and reporting on digital paid media campaigns. As the subject matter expert, the ideal candidate will be an expert in B2B conversion rate optimization with experience across various paid media channels. This role will involve developing personalized ad strategies, creating compelling ad content, managing performance reports, and optimizing campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions.Key Job Responsibilities:Create and implement comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to each division's needs.Strategize and execute B2B search ads, native and display ads, video, social advertising, and retargeting ads to attract and retain customers, ensuring continuous engagement with website and content.Manage advertising platforms such as DemandBase, Google, YouTube, Bing, Yahoo, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, X, RollWorks, and AdRoll.Develop high-quality ad copy and content for various platforms; create HubSpot landing page content that aligns with campaign goals.Monitor and report on campaign performance across awareness, mid-funnel, and bottom-funnel stages; continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI.Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to the marketing team; use data-driven approaches to enhance ad effectiveness and drive conversions.Create, manage, and deploy UTMs, tags and tracking codes, particularly using Google Tag Manager; ensure accurate tracking of user interactions and conversions.Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure paid media best practices are integrated into website design and content creation.Follow quality assurance checklists and adherence to regulatory and brand guidelines.Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal partners.Stay current with industry trends and best practices; provide thought leadership.Own, manage, and evaluate paid media technology stack; propose and implement new tools while optimizing current marketing mix.Qualifications/Education:Bachelor’s Degree is required or an equivalent level of work experience in B2B demand generation with life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, or technology products.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on B2B conversion rate optimization in digital advertising.Proven track record in developing, managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.Extensive experience with search ads, native and display ads, video, social advertising, and retargeting ads.Proficient in using platforms such as DemandBase, Google, YouTube, Bing, Yahoo, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, RollWorks, and AdRoll.Expertise in creating and managing tags and tracking codes, particularly with Google Tag Manager.Knowledge of managing third-party cookies, building UTMs, and assigning attribution.Proven analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to generate and interpret performance reports.Experience in optimizing campaigns based on performance data.Excellent skills in developing ad copy and content for various platforms.Experience in creating HubSpot landing page content.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lead projects with unclear scope; able to define the goal and subsequently provide clarity, training, and constructive input to team members where needed.Compensation/Benefits:The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and compensation for this position.
