The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a strong background in content creation, social media marketing, and brand management. This position requires expertise in utilizing platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to effectively engage with our target audience and promote our services.
Responsibilities:
Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Knowledge of video recording/editing techniques to produce high-quality content for various channels.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa memberships and drive sales.
Cultivate and maintain business-to-business partnerships to expand our network and reach new clients.
Manage and oversee the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotions.
Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to align branding and messaging consistently across all digital marketing channels.
Provide guidance and training to staff to meet retail sales quotas and achieve marketing objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience in the wellness or beauty industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and passion for the spa and wellness industry.
