We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through strategic planning, effective leadership, and innovative marketing initiatives. Upscale Full service DOS experience is a must.
Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals
Lead and mentor sales and marketing teams to optimize performance
Utilize market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
Oversee the creation of marketing materials and campaigns to drive brand awareness
Manage key customer accounts, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product development efforts
Requirements
Proven experience in technical sales, business development, and account management
Proficiency in Delphi or similar CRM software
Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach
Prior success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
Background in technology sales is a must

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
