A successful and growing Greater Cincinnati based wireless communications company is looking to add a Vice President of Marketing to their team. Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s marketing direction, fostering brand growth by maintaining a positive brand image and ensuring effective communication with customers and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Experience in the Telecommunications industry is preferred, or other B2C industries.

DEVELOPING MARKETING STRATEGIES AND LEAD GENERATION STRATEGIES IN A B2C INDUSTRY IS A MUST.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Develop a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy and a plan that achieves established goals within approved budgets.

Manage the marketing team.

Ensure the marketing staff meets deadlines and completes necessary tasks.

Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing.

Work with sales management to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share.

Increase brand awareness and promote a positive company image.

Develop and manage mailing, billboard, and social media paid advertising campaigns.

Plan and execute customer-facing events.

Provide accurate and regular reports to senior leadership regarding KPIs, conversion rates, etc.

Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.

Conduct research to inform strategic decisions and adapt marketing accordingly.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in strategic marketing.

Leadership skills and 3-5 years of experience managing others.

Strategic vision and market insight.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to effectively collaborate with others.

Thorough understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.

Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

Ability to develop budgets.

Effective time-management skills.

Results driven approach and competitive drive to achieve aggressive growth in a fast-paced and challenging industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
