Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityThis is a 5-month initial contract position with the opportunity to extendEdit Knowledge Base articles and Best Practices web content and update their translation in 11 languages so that they are up to dateManage the localization of the Knowledge BasePrepare Knowledge Base articles to be ready for system migrationUpdate/create technical documentationTrain, coach, and assist other Technical Content SpecialistsResponsibilities10+ years of experience in a technical content writing/editing focused position, ideally at a software or global tech companyExperience in localization and project managementExperience working with Microsoft Office, Acrolinx, Grammarly, Open Text, and Google Analytics is preferredExperience sticking to and using a style guideExposure to web designStrong communication skillsExperience mentoring and/or training staff is a plusPosted By:
