We’re seeking a talented and motivated Lead Consultant (Instructional Designer) to join our dynamic team at Mosaic. If you thrive on designing and delivering top-notch workforce consulting solutions, this is the perfect role for you!Location: This role is hybrid (remote with the ability to travel to client site in Central and Northern California ~80-100%).Integrity: Demonstrates fairness, honesty, and confidentiality.Client Success: Adapts to changing needs while ensuring client satisfaction.Excellence: Continuously improves expertise, collaboration, and solutions.Accountability: Takes ownership and contributes to project success.Collaboration: Builds strong relationships with stakeholders.Position Overview: As a Lead Consultant, you will develop innovative deliverables to address our clients’ workforce consulting needs. Collaborating with subject matter experts and development professionals, you’ll create content, learning objectives, assessments, and interactive elements. Your expertise may cover areas like business processes, utility and energy concepts, or enterprise resource planning software.Responsibilities:Develop performance support materials, training solutions, and job aids.Collaborate with analysts on curriculum revisions and content updates.Facilitate client meetings and working sessions.Ensure consistent quality deliverables.What We’re Looking For:Enterprise Software Implementation Experience: Proven experience with ERP, CRM, SCM, asset management, or work management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Maximo, PragmaCAD, Copper Leaf, PowerPlan).Training Expertise: Advanced skills in training design, development, and delivery, with a track record of creating and presenting a range of training and documentation materials.Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with both small- and large-scale project teams, including effective client relationship management.Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for adapting to changing priorities, managing multiple tasks, and making informed decisions based on data and goals.Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong oral and written communication, leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence and guide teams and clients across various organizational levels.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, English, Business, or a related field preferred.Work Environment: Collaborate with a diverse team internally and build trustworthy relationships with clients and stakeholders externally.
