This position leads and directs the execution of Public Relations to maximize positive coverage of our strong brands and products.Key responsibilities of this role include:Driving and executing superior editorial coverageFlawless execution of PR eventsAssisting in talent managementAmplifying Revlon’s philanthropic effortsCreating and driving consistent Public Relations processesIntensifying Revlon’s presence across the beauty industryInclusive leadership style with a team mind-setMAJOR DUTIES:Driving and executing superior editorial coverageDeveloping and managing execution of clear and measurable PR plansLeading editorial coverage for all productsOwning timelines and communication plans for all PR effortsForging and maintaining relationships with key editors and beauty pressFlawless execution of PR eventsLeading internal PR team in developing meaningful plans for PR eventsAccountable for ensuring key stakeholders are informed and supportive of directionTalent managementAssist in identifying Global Brand AmbassadorsDrive coverage of the company’s Brand AmbassadorsAmplifying Revlon’s philanthropic effortsDrive and increase awareness of Revlon as an industry leaderBuild and enhance coverage of community and charitable activitiesKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Beauty experience preferredProven track record of successExceptional written and oral communication skillsStrong organizational and multi-tasking capabilitiesEDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in PR, Communications, Marketing or related field10+ years of experienceThe base pay range for this position in New York City is $145,000 and $175,000/year.
