Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for leading all aspects of the Sales & Marketing department, developing, and driving strategic sales and marketing activity to maximise revenue potential and optimise business across all market segments to ensure budgeted expectations are met.Develop sales and marketing strategy to achieve annual performance targetsDrive sales for corporate, leisure, and MICE marketsBuild and develop relationships with industry partners, clients, and tourism organisationsEngage and develop a dynamic and professional team to deliver results

QualificationsExceptional commercial sales and marketing experiencePrevious luxury hospitality knowledge and experienceDynamic leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering resultsAbility to lead, motivate, and engage a diverse teamCommercial acumen and proven ability to apply analytical skills and operate in a dynamic environment
