Position OverviewWe're looking for an expert Email Marketer based in the US with the following requirements and skills.
Requirements/Expertise
2 Years of agency experience
Familiar with finance and the eCommerce space
Lead Scoring
Workflows and Automation builds
Tagging and organization of swim lanes and pass-offs
Familiar with Asana
Ability to remain calm under pressure to hit targets
Position Objectives
Lead generation for booked appointments for the sales team
Carrying out messaging and strategy tests and compiling feedback/results
Creating smart email lists
Creating automations inside the platform and familiar with Zapier
Monitoring and reviewing campaign performance
Bringing strategic insights and creative ideas
Creating content is a plus, or collaborating with content teams
Creating and maintaining lists, marketing automations, and follow-up responders
Monitoring and managing domain health
Managing activity scoring and engagement
Following specific email marketing procedures set by the company
Utilizing UTMs from HubSpot, Hyros, and normal UTM structures
Reporting Responsibilities
Producing Email Reports
Bringing insights and collaborating with teams on initiatives
Software Skills
