The platform design team builds user interfaces and flows on top of the technologies so that our employees and external partners can better understand and use the technologies. For example, copyright platforms help right holders efficiently protect their original content from infringement; Open Platform helps explain and connect APIs to integrate TikTok into other applications.We are looking for talented individuals to join our team in 2025. Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply.ResponsibilitiesExecute at every stage of the design lifecycle with product managers, UX writers, and engineers to ship product experiences globally.Create user flows, prototypes, and high fidelity designs that provide multiple solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods for user research.Review product releases qualitatively and work with engineering in handoff phases through pre and post launch to optimize and test compatibility.Contribute to feature roadmap strategies, improve product design processes, and champion knowledge sharing opportunities through documentation and post-launch presentations.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsStrong in interaction design, and regularly execute prototypes using tools like Figma.Great communication skills to be able to articulate your concepts, vision and decision-making.Experience working with multiple stakeholders across the org.Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple concepts.Results oriented and resilient. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
