This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to join a dynamic team and shape our creative direction as we work in the higher education and high school sports space.
Duties
Oversee the creative process from concept to delivery, ensuring that all creative projects meet our high standards.
Develop and articulate a clear creative vision that aligns with our agency's strategy and goals.
Coordinate with the production department (web, video creation, streaming, social media, advertising, etc) to integrate creative elements into campaigns and initiatives.
Mentor a team of graphic designers, copywriters, and production professionals ensuring that their work is cohesive and effective.
Manage and allocate creative resources to meet project needs and ensure that all creative assets are consistent in style, tone, and messaging.
Work within financial constraints while delivering high impact creative solutions.
Manage and maintain our brand identity while ensuring that all creative work adheres to our client's brand guidelines.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that their creative needs are met.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in creative direction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative role.
Proven experience in managing and directing creative projects from concept to delivery.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction and project management skills.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.

Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
