Aquent has an exciting opportunity for a Native Mobile (iOS and Android) UX Writer/Content Designer!

This is a hybrid position and it will be expected that you can work on-site 3 days/week.To be considered for this role, you

​ As a Content Designer, you like being at the intersection of content and design. You understand that content that's well-designed is easy to follow and understandable. As a champion for our client's users, you organize and present content meaningfully.You will draw upon your knowledge of content, design, and UX best practices, brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and competitive research to simplify the user experience. You will collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, engineering, and other stakeholders with occasional direct support from your manager. You’ll love the chance to participate in or run workshops and content crits.

In this role, you’ll be helping our client's users/members understand and use their prescription drug coverage, from finding savings to filing reimbursements. To be successful, you’ll need to translate complex concepts and processes into conversational content that’s easy to understand.

You will be expected to own your feature work and solve business challenges with occasional direct support from your manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Optimize content for multiple channels, devices, and touch points across user journeys, meeting user needs and adhering to enterprise standards.Champion data science and UX research to understand user behaviors, uncover new opportunities to reach customers, and reduce friction.Challenge the status quo and know when to advocate for new design patterns versus relying on old systems.Collaborate with designers, product managers, accessibility experts, and diverse business stakeholders to inform requirements and shape positive member experiencesDevelop user stories and guide content priorities.Own content reviews and iterations across stakeholders from product to legal.Ensure proper usage of voice and toneAdd content directly to wireframes in Figma, other design tools or publishing systems as needed (or other design tools).Participate in content design workshopsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s or master's degree preferred in the fields of Human-Computer Interaction, Information Architecture, Technical Writing, English, or Journalism. Extensive work experience, academic work, or certifications in user experience fields are also welcome.5+ years’ experience in UX writing, UX design, or Content Design2+ years’ experience with Agile and lean UX/software development practices, including using product management software (Rally, Jira)2+ years’ experience with mobile apps and mobile web products2+ years’ experience collaborating with internal team members (experience designers, accessibility experts, product owners, engineers)2+ years’ experience with UX wireframing, UX flows, and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects with prototyping software such as Figma and MiroExperience in pharmacy, health care, or other regulated fields (insurance, finance, etc.)Knowledge of enterprise content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager or similarA portfolio should include work on mobile apps, digital products and/or services, service design, or human-centered designsExperience with analyzing usability testing, A/B testing, analytics, and other key performance metricsExperience in shaping content by working with cross-functional stakeholdersExperience working in a large organization or at an enterprise levelExperience or exposure to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and writing for grade level and other regulatory constraintsExperience working with usability testing, taxonomy, design systems, content management systems, information architects, and accessibility SMEsExperience updating existing content to new guidelinesExperience working on a team of content designers

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $66.88 to $71.88 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
