Overview

The primary purpose of this position is to own and administer marketing automation platform(s) and fully leverage its capabilities. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations, the Senior Marketing Automation Analyst will execute inbound and outbound marketing automation campaigns and make data-driven recommendations to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing automation strategy. This role will act as the overall subject matter expert on our marketing automation.The Center for Internet Security (CIS) makes the connected world a safer place for people, businesses, and governments through our core competencies of collaboration and innovation. What You'll Do

Own and administer the marketing automation platform(s), to include creating landing pages, forms, emails, lists, custom redirects, personas, automation rules, and moreMaintain marketing automation integration with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation softwareResponsible for system configuration of the marketing automation platform(s)Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, build process workflows, and maintain the documentation libraryWork with stakeholders to present marketing automation capabilities that support the product ownerResponsible for the execution of the email marketing program, including segmentation, testing, and deployment - and continually evaluate these for improvementsSupport essential marketing/sales operations initiatives, such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing/managementEnsure marketing automation and sales enablement platforms comply with legal and security requirements for data privacy, opt-in, consent and other requirementsCollaborate with vendors and industry experts on mission driven projectsOther tasks and responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Need

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related business discipline*3+ years of marketing automation or system management experienceStrong working knowledge of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot)Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practicesProficient in marketing automation reportingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to think critically and exercise independent judgement and discretionExcellent attention to detailStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines and daily requirements in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated experience in working independently and with others to accomplish project objectives that advance the department's objectivesMust be authorized to work in the United StatesIt's a Plus if you have:Certifications in CRM or marketing automation platformsExperience in administering or using sales enablement platforms, such as Groove or SalesloftProficient in HTML*Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate's degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree.At CIS, we are committed to providing an inclusive environment in which the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and views of our employees, members, and customers are valued and respected.
