Sales & Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the sales and conference teams.Responsibilities:Receives calls and emails from clients, providing factual information which may require the interpretation of policies and procedures.Calls and emails clients to gather proposal and contractual information, and to answer questions and communicate appropriate information.Attends to a variety of office administrative details, such as meeting arrangements, supply purchases, interdepartmental, and client communication.Responsible for internal and community meetings taking place on property.

Coordinate and prepare BEO’s, communicate with catering & banquets team all budgetary and details related to the execution of the event.Qualifications:

- High school diploma/GED- Two years of coordinator and/or administrative experience or equivalent education, training and experience- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent organizational and time management abilities- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Proficiency in Microsoft Office productsBenefits:
