This is a remote position located anywhere within North America

Position Summary

The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for the development of regional specific marketing strategies, initiatives and execution plans. This includes comprehensive marketing communications plans, sales promotion initiatives, materials, sales support tools, tradeshows, customer events, meetings, local advertising, presentations, and translations across channels including print, video and digital. Partners with global marketing team in the execution of global brand strategy and initiatives

Essential FunctionsDevelop and implement marketing and commercial strategies across beef, dairy, swine, poultry and equineDesign and execute multichannel campaigns for prospects and customers, ensuring consistent messaging for al channelsIdentify and quantify new product needs and develop sales, commercial and marketing launch plans as needed.Represent the regional marketing team to cross-functional groups including global marketing, sales, leadership or customer supportManage and foster the relationship with the agency of record for all communications plans for the regionOwn content and updates for customers and internal stakeholders, manage budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.Creative briefs and facilitate creative direction to meet requirements for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assetsOther duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Required:

7+ years’ experience as a marketing manager or related marketing experience, preferably in a supervisory role.Bachelor’s Degree in business, agriculture, marketing, or related fieldFamiliar with variety of regional marketing and animal nutrition concepts, practices, and procedures.Experience with new product development and deploymentProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Ability to work independently within a teamProven written and oral communications and influencing skillsSolid understanding of effective marketing strategies, materials, and channelsStrong leadership, planning, and execution skills.Preferred:

Experience with social media, email marketing and content Marketing as consumer-driven tacticsExperience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing CloudMaster’s degree in marketing, business, or related fieldExperience with Salesforce and Salesforce marketing cloudAgriculture-related education and/or experienceWork Environment and Physical Requirements

This job operations in a professional corporate office environment or can be done remotely.

Schedule Requirements

This is a full-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel Requirements

This position requires an estimated 40% travel, but it may be higher depending on business needs. Required travel is primarily within the Europe but will include occasional other international travel
