Senior Manager, Internal Communications

Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Internal Communications will provide integrated leadership and supervision of all Cambria's internal communications and philanthropic programs --including but not limited to youth sports and community marketing initiatives and product donations. They will have responsibility to align with the Sr Director for strategic direction, and oversee the marketing, communication planning, program management, and partner and community relations execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Vision, Mission & Strategies:

In partnership with the Sr Director develop and implement an advanced internal communications strategy to drive employee engagement and build brand reputation internally.

Own the internal communications editorial calendar, organizing storytelling moments and orchestrating content distribution across various platforms to ensure our company strategy and narrative is understood across the company.

Work directly with the Sr Director and team members to define and execute internal communication and philanthropic based communication plans.

Communicate and implement goals, strategies and methods to measure performance in accordance with this vision.

Oversight of Initiatives:

Responsible for partnering with the Sr Director to plan an monitor quarterly communication plans for business partners and function; ie Human Resources, Sales, IT, Operations, Finance, Brand, Channel and Experiential Marketing.

Social Media Stewardship:

This channel is an integral part of our omni-channelmarketing platform and this role is responsible to ensure that the evolution of this channel continues to mature alongside the development by partnering with other cross-functional team members.

Oversees the development and execution of integrated communication plans.

Ensure that programs of scale are managed in a cross-functional discipline.

Cultivate relationships:

Ongoing cultivation and stewardship of relationships with cross-functional teams, business partners and functional leads.

Initiate, plan, budget and project-manage marketing and communications effort for internal communications and CambriaCares initiatives, working with the Cambria marketing organization. This would include things like the website, PR events and more.

Establish and maintain a consistent set of brand standards and guidelines for al programs.

Staff management:

Inspire, manage and lead a team toward accomplishing departmental goals in a fast pace environment. .

Complete performance reviews including ongoing feedback and establishing performance development plans and goals.

Collaborate with other internal content publishers, like Social Media and PublicRelations, within the company.

Serve as an extension of Cambria's CambriaCares philanthropy team, supporting the execution and communication of community and enterprise philanthropy programs.

Regularly monitor industry trends to ensure an industry-leading employee engagement strategy.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to. achieve optimal impact and provide regular reports to leadership.

Other communication assignments as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:Education:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar fieldExperience:

Minimum 10 years of demonstrated success in a substantial marketing, business leadership role and people management.Systems:

Strong PC skills (Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Workfront, Salesforce)
