About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a Marketing Account Manager to join one of the country's fastest growing boutique real estate brand. The ideal candidate will provide marketing and administrative support to the company's agents based in their Bal Harbour, Miami office.

This is a full time, in-office role from 9-5, M-F. This role is a great opportunity for someone passionate about real estate that is looking to grow in a back-office, supportive function.

Role & Responsibilities

Support and Grow Current Office and Agent's Business

Creation of various deadline-oriented marketing materials including presentations, flyers, signage, eblasts, social media and other industry-specific advertisingLiaison between agents and the company's Creative/corporate on marketing needs and processesAgent Marketing and listing planningCoordination of local ad and media buyingManagement of print coordination of marketing materials with local vendorsApproval of marketing for compliance and brand guidelinesMarketing training/onboarding for all new hires (staff and agents)Maintain and Promote office Social Media AccountCoordinate Office Marketing InitiativesAgent Biography writingHave thorough understanding of APT and Agency Connect and timely complete assigned tasksParticipate and help coordinate office marketing eventsPerform any other tasks or duties assigned by managementQualifications

Tech-Savvy and able to learn software quicklyAbility to follow templates and stay on company brand guidelinesAttention to detail - precise when executing assets, proofreading and spellcheckingGo-getter mindsetAbility to manage multiple listings/accountsCourteous and loves to help othersBonus if you love real estateExcited to work on projects, able to be flexible if neededAlways act professionally - leadership, attitude, behavior and dressActs in the best interest of the companyAdhere to company values

Compensation: 50-60K, with the ability to grow
