The Operations Administrator - Business Growth Strategies supports the Director, Business Growth Strategies by coordinating departmental initiatives, including business development, affiliate relations, events, compliance, partnerships, and contract negotiations. They manage projects, track timelines, allocate resources, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. In customer service, they handle inquiries, approvals, and issue resolution, ensuring strong relationships and achieving the win-win-win. The Administrator also oversees the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and collaboration with the Operations team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple projects, customer relations, and contracts to meet departmental objectives.

Essential Functions

Project Management

Assist in creating project plans, identifying specific tasks or deliverables, and setting deadlines to on time completion. Organize meetings, track milestones, and manage schedules.Maintain project documentation, report progress, and track task completion.Assist in managing resources and budgets.Serve as the communication hub, coordinating with stakeholders, and suggesting workflow improvements.Customer Contact/Service

Manage client communications for approvals, inquiries, and billing.Facilitate copy approvals between legal and the partner.Maintain accurate records, build relationships, and support follow-ups to ensure timely responses.Work with underwriting and affiliates teams for customer onboarding and support general inquiries.Contract Management

Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with standards.Organize and track contract milestones, manage renewals, amendments, and handle execution.General Administration

Manage meeting schedules, travel arrangements, credit card reconciliation, and budgeting support.Serve as the communication liaison and coordinate calendar management.Archive and organize documents, attend meetings, and perform other duties as needed.Minimum Requirements

A strong, personal relationship with Jesus ChristBachelor's degreeAlignment of the mission and values of Moody Global Media and Moody Bible InstituteTwo years of experience in a detail-oriented roleProfessional appearance and demeanorStrong ability to engage prospective and current partners effectivelySelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in achieving resultsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, and a graphic design softwareValid State driver’s license and willingness/ability to travelAble to work in the US Legally without sponsorshipPreferred Requirements

Experience in Non-Profit MinistryExcellent organizational skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Excellent knowledge of MS Office
