Konexial is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Knoxville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for developing creative strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work with the VP of Marketing to support the execution of marketing campaigns, manage day-to-day marketing projects, and contribute to the overall growth and success of Konexial's marketing efforts.
Your Future Job:Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and print.Content Creation: Develop and curate compelling content for marketing materials, including website updates, blog posts, social media content, and promotional collateral.Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and insights for marketing strategies.Event Coordination: Support the organization and execution of company events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand presence and engage with target audiences.Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, including key metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness. Provide recommendations for optimization.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure cohesive messaging.Administrative Support: Support VP of Marketing by managing marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and project timelines to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.Requirements
To Land the Job You'll Need...
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the technology or logistics industry.Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media platforms).Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create engaging content.Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing marketing challenges.Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.Extra Awesome (Not Required):
