*Fully Remote in the United StatesJob SummaryThis leader will help organizations develop and execute accessibility strategies that improve performance and achieve goals through inclusive technology with best in class User Experience (UX/UI). You will do this by analyzing the current state of an organization, its environment, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats where an Accessibility strategy can help accelerate your customer's brand position. As an account team member, you'll be partnering with senior members of your customers' leadership team to provide strategic, unbiased advice for various business decisions and goals. Like a health care professional, your job is to diagnose a company's problems and prescribe strategies to fix them. While your primary focus will include F500 customers you will also be sought out internally to ensure full representation of talent from all Sorenson communities as we strive to maintain our strong reputation and brand evolution at company events, meetings, etc. You are comfortable being a trailblazer and driving change across the organization to promote healthy processes that will allow us to better service our customers to create long-term value.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesIntroduce customers to innovation in Accessibility technology solutionsCreate solution designs that competitively differentiate your customer's business from its peersFocus on larger deals/opportunities and value and/or volume portfolio management helping customers explore a range of company products and solutions.As part of the account team, works with management to develop future business plansIdentifies customer requirements, matches with company capabilities.Extensive time spent working with and leveraging a diverse set of external partners.Builds strong professional relationships with key HR, Procurement, IT and business executives, including C level Executives.Applies consultative-selling techniques to identify and advance opportunities that result in ongoing profitable revenue growth for the company.Contribute to business development initiatives that are consistent with the BU's overall strategy.Maintains high-level of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity, as indicated in company conducted surveys and reports.Analyzes client industry and competitive research and information to facilitate rich client dialogue.Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.Travel RequirementsTravel Requirements: 25-50%EducationMinimum: 4 Year/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldPreferred: MBA in Finance, Data Analytics, BusinessExperienceMinimum Years of Experience: 5 years in Solution Design, Sales, Business Development, Marketing and/or sales experience within an 18-24 month sales cycleKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesTechnical and business acumen for software and/or services products and solutionsLeader who thrives as part of a matrix account team in support of customer Accessibility needsIT organization domain knowledgeSolution sales with experience integrating complex concepts with customer requirementsDeaf and/or Hard of Hearing industry expertExcellent communications and presentation skillsExecutive presence and leadershipAbility to prioritize and drive strategic sales activity on complex and large dealsUses CRM, Microsoft 365 to manage account and inform the businessOpen and Trustworthy- you think the best of those around you, ask questions to confirm this and avoid jumping to conclusions.
