Responsibilities include:Work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic team working environmentIncorporate data, user research and market analysis to inform product strategy and create product roadmapsActively contribute to the strategic direction of the product by working closely with the teams/stakeholders across the organizationBalance creative vision with technical feasibility, repeatedly pushing our software to the edge of what's possibleDrive delivery through product development scrums and escalate risks early onPartner with Technology and Business stakeholders to track and deliver on key OKRsProactively identify areas to improve processes and product features based on user feedbackManage product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are metLead product ideation, creation of inputs for wire framing, refinementLead the delivery of UAT testing and roll out of the productBasic qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience5-12 years of previous work experience as a Product Manager, or similar roleAbility to communicate complex problems and roadmaps to stakeholdersDemonstrated success collaborating with design and engineering peers, and stakeholdersExperience in performing product demos to user and eliciting feedbackComfortable with Agile processes, with an emphasis on writing high-quality acceptance criteria and eliciting requirementsSelf-directed team player, ability to drive high performance and work independently or in a team-oriented and fast paced environmentExcellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsGood analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to set, meet and exceed targetsPreferred qualificationsExperience managing an entire product's lifecycle, from conception to launchTechnical backgroundFamiliarity with JIRA and confluenceExperience building financial productsExperience in loans/lending space
