Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for using master-level knowledge of design principles, production, and layout skills to develop brand identities and integrated campaigns through a multitude of marketing channels and platforms. This role works closely with the Director of Marketing Operations, account managers and other internal and external team members, as well as clients in various lines of business, including food and beverage, retail, agriculture, entertainment, etc. to ensure end products are in alignment with brand standards and client requests. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Full Time, On Site PositionCompetitive salary based on experience: Starting at $57,600

Responsibilities:

Create complex designs, concepts and layouts based on master-level knowledge of design principles, production, and layout.Prepare concepts from conception to completion with finished copy and art.Collaborate with Director of Marketing Operations and account managers and related roles to define assets, information, copy, etc. included in finished pieces.Compose mailings, ads, newsletters, collateral materials and more to meet campaign and/or account goals and objectives.Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. when applicable; keeping up with printing procedures.Direct and coordinate photographers, videographers, designers, and other freelance or internal team members.Understand and know when to best utilize specific design and marketing elements including photography, illustration and verbal and written communication in marketing pieces based on medium.All other duties as assigned.Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in graphic design and six (6) years of related graphic design experience and/or training; or ten (10) years of equivalent combination of education and experience in directly related field.Must have a strong understanding of the print production process to design and prepare files that print, fold, trim and bind correctly.This position requires a strong working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud, and the Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel and Outlook.This position is subjected to The Villages Vehicle Safety Program and its policies as it requires the use of personal vehicles for company business. .A Valid Driver’s License with a record acceptable to company standards is required for this position.
