Job Summary:
The Admin Support Specialist provides essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Aministration Dpt This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating various administrative tasks to support daily business functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Communication Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external clients.
  • Document Management: Prepare, review, and maintain documents and records. Ensure proper filing and storage of important documents.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency. Assist in organizing office events and meetings.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Input data into various systems, generate reports, and track performance metrics as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Support for Special Projects: Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or other team members.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role or similar position.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
