We are pleased to represent an international law firm ranked 6th by Am Law, to recruit a newly created Senior Manager of Business Development and Marketing to support the firm’s high-profile Regulatory and Enforcement practices. The Senior Manager is a recognized leader within the Marketing Department and serves as a primary liaison to high-revenue practice and industry groups that are critical to the firm’s success.

Serve as a trusted advisor to practice leaders; design and implement comprehensive marketing and business development plans.Market-Driven Strategy:

Leverage market insights to guide strategy, identify unique selling points, and facilitate new business opportunities and cross-marketing initiatives.Profile Enhancement:

Ensure the group and its individual stakeholders gain a higher profile resulting in expanded awareness of capabilities and expertise.Operational Excellence:

Lead key business development projects, oversee RFPs and pitches, and refine and improve processes.Team Management:

Oversee a high performing team including two Managers, one Specialist, and one Coordinator.Credentials and Expertise:Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or JD is a plusExperience:

A minimum of 10 years of professional marketing, business development, or relevant experience, at least 4 years in direct personnel management, and experience in a law firm or professional services organization preferred.Market Knowledge:

Keen understanding of the business and legal landscape within the Regulatory and Enforcement practices and experience working with highly confidential or sensitive information required.Communication & Analytical Skills:

Exceptional, sophisticated communication and critical thinking skills as well as a strong ability to present confidently to partners and peers.
