Your responsibilities will include the execution and analysis of all digital retail ad platforms, including Kroger, Walmart, Albertsons and more, maintenance and improvement of our digital retail product listings, and analysis of our shopper marketing programs. You will leverage data-driven insights and digital advertising platforms to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.You will wear three main hats:Performance Marketer: Build strategy, plan, execute, and analyze search ads on multiple platforms.Retail Shelf Management: Regularly monitor our product listings at all major retailers, add new products, update creative assets and language as needed, and generally ensure that our product presence online is best in class.Shopper Program Analysis: Be an integral part of our shopper team, helping evaluate efficiency of paid programming and preparing reports regarding our overall campaigns.Experience with streaming media placements would be a bonus.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development: Design and execute performance marketing strategies across paid search platforms.Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns to ensure high ROI and performance.Data Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and KPIs. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance campaign effectiveness.Budget Management: Oversee budget allocation and spend optimization across different platforms. Ensure cost-efficiency while meeting performance targets.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts with overall business objectives.Testing & Optimization: Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to test new strategies and improve campaign performance. Adjust tactics based on performance data and industry trends.Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats in the performance marketing space.
