We help forward-thinking clients solve problems and improve operations.Job Responsibilities:Provide The Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) IT System Lifecycle Development and Management Support Services on behalf of the Food and Drug Association (FDA).Manage project management services under the Single Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) awarded by the FDA contracting manager.Provide technical and management services necessary to develop, maintain, and enhance CFSAN systems.Support the full range of Custom Computer Programming Services (NAICS 541511) to the FDA and CFSAN.Establish an ordering vehicle that develops and maintains existing and future Computer to Plate (CTP) systems.Key Tasks:Project Management: Establish control, management, monitoring, and notification mechanisms to ensure task orders stay on track.O&M and DME Architecture Support Services: Provide architecture support services for integrated, end-to-end automated systems.Development, Modernization, and Major Enhancement: Support the complete system development lifecycle for CFSAN IT systems.Systems Integration and Engineering Services: Support CFSAN with integration services focusing on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).Data Migration and Management Support: Provide data management support for CFSAN.Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Support Services: Maintain CFSAN IT systems and ensure availability, reliability, and security.System and Data Disposition: Recommend and implement the retirement and consolidation of systems.Training Support for O&M and DME: Provide training services to CFSAN stakeholders.Transition Activities: Ensure smooth transition of activities to manage the CFSAN IT portfolio.Technical Writer – Key Personnel Qualifications:Writes and edits technical documents, including EPLC documentation, reports, training materials, user manuals, and presentations.Reviews and edits documents for accuracy and quality; collaborates with technical staff to meet documentation requirements.Core Competencies:TeamworkLeadershipBusiness AcumenCommunicationMotivationAgilityJudgmentOrganizationOther Requirements:Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.Commitment to work with diverse teams to solve significant challenges.Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow.Humility in success and failure.Benefits and Highlights:Competitive CompensationGroup Medical, Dental, and Vision Health Insurance Benefits401(k) Retirement Savings PlanVacation and Paid Time-Off (PTO)Pre-Tax Payment ProgramsPurchasing Discounts & Savings PlansSecurity Clearance OpportunitiesEmployee & Contractor Referral Bonus ProgramPerformance IncentivesFlexible Spending AccountShort- and Long-Term Disability InsuranceAdditional Information:ProSidian Consulting is an equal opportunity employer.
