Education: Associate of Arts/Vocational/Technical Degree in Graphic Design or related field is required Bachelor's Degree is preferred Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital and print-based graphic design working from concept and layout to export and production is required Management of multiple project deadlines concurrently is preferred Experience in Association marketing is preferred *Equivalent combination of education and experience beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for qualification requirements. Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent communications skills are required Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is required Strong organizational skills are required Strong attention to detail is required Strong customer service skills are required Strong Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills are required Web and digital design concepts and software is preferred Video and animation editing and support is preferred Travel Requirements: Occasional travel required - approximately 5% Location: Minneapolis, MN and is identified as hybrid (required to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the week) What we offer.
