Digital Marketing Manager, HybridOpportunity to join a high growth wine company in a newly created Digital Marketing Manager position. With a passion for the wine and spirits industry, growth and innovation, and an entrepreneurial mindset, you will be joining a likeminded team of professionals making exciting things happen.Leading the online presence of both wine and spirit brands, you will play a key role in developing and executing the digital marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and engaging online communities.Hybrid Schedule:

Mon & Fri - Remote; Tues, Wed, Thurs - OnsiteYou will:Create high-quality and visually appealing content (photos, videos, graphics) that resonates with our target audiences.Maintain content calendars that align with marketing goals and brand story.Build and foster positive relationships with the online community.Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.Manage online reputation and address any negative feedback.Develop and manage targeted media buys.Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum reach and engagement.Track and analyze key metrics for all digital marketing efforts.Generate dashboards to communicate performance and progress.Optimize the user experience for branded sites, in collaboration with Brand Managers and the web development team.Assist with online initiatives for wholesale e-commerce channels.Create and share engaging content to promote our wines to distributors and retailers.You have:Bachelor’s degree required. 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the wine, luxury goods, or beverage industry.Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices, including community management, content creation, and paid advertising.Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) and basic knowledge of video editing.Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Strong analytic, strategic, and creative skills.Ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a demanding, constantly changing environment.Salary:

$120K - $140KHire contingent on passing a background check.
