You will develop strong relationships with internal & external media stakeholders. Your goal is to develop innovative, multi-channel, healthcare media plans while fostering strong media partnerships to expand marketplace skill set specifically within the HCP space. This position reports to the SVP, Partner Direct.This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. You will oversee the Partner Direct media recommendation and the daily execution of Partner Direct team tasks.You will ensure best practices in agency process, efficiencies, etc. are implemented and operational.You will drive POVs on new partner offerings, processes, and technologies.You will be responsible for managing the delivery of team projects and tasks.You will be responsible for PD marketplace 101's and education days.You will lead rate negotiations for large scale, multi-channel, and/or first to market deals.Internal + External Relationships

You will be responsible for developing talent, delegating, and ensuring teams are working smoothly.You will have the skills and ability to navigate proper support for planning systems and tools.You will oversee a team and will be responsible for managing a team and prioritizing team assignments.You will deliver constructive, actionable feedback to the team.You will provide clear, regular communication regarding client and project goals, prioritization, and measures of success to the team & other key stakeholders.You will provide expertise and share knowledge with junior team members.You will develop new working relationships with client contacts.You will continue to develop relationships with key media partners.You will collaborate internally with leadership across capabilities and teams.You will continue to develop relationships with key Groupe teams, such as APEX and PMX.You may be asked to contribute to new business efforts as needed.Qualifications

7-8+ years of media industry experience.3+ years experience in 5+ channels, audiences, and campaign types (Digital - Endemic/Lifestyle, Video, Audio - Terrestrial & Streaming, Print, OOH, HCP, Payer/Managed Markets).3+ years experience in people management.1+ years previous HCP pharma media experience.0-1+ years experience across a diverse set of conditions, disease states, and audiences (DTC, HCP, Payer).Additional Information Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
